Among the world’s most powerful armies, Indian army is at number four. According to a research study released by the defense website Military Direct, China has the most powerful army in the world.
According to the report “Despite the huge military budget, the US comes in second place with 74 points, followed by Russia with 69 points in the third place.”
At the same time, India has got 61 points in this list. After India, France is number 58 with 58 points. Apart from this, the United Kingdom has managed to make it to the top 10 and is in 9th place with 43 points.
How the report has been prepared
The study states that the ultimate military strength index calculates after considering different facts, including the country’s military budget, the number of active and inactive military personnel, nuclear resources, average salary, and the number of equipment.
China has the strongest army in the world and has secured 82 points out of 100 in the index. The Chinese Army has been described as powerful on the basis of budget, air and naval capability.
America spends most on its soldiers
According to the study, America is the highest spending country on the military in the world. The US spends $732 billion on its military. After this, China is at number two and spends $261 billion. At the same time, India spends 71 billion dollars on its military power.
Referring to imaginary conflict in this study, it has been said that if there is a fight, then China will win in maritime battle, America will win in air fight and Russia will win in ground fighting.
