Free Aadhaar Update Deadline Till September 14: The deadline for updating Aadhaar for free is now near. If you have not updated your Aadhaar yet, then get it done soon. This deadline has been extended several times by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Last time, the authority that generates photo ID extended the facility of updating all Aadhaar related details for free from June 14 to September 14, 2024. In such a situation, people have only 11 days left from today to update demographic details for free.
If you have not updated your demographic details yet, then get it done by 14 September 2024. To update your demographic details in Aadhaar, people will need proof of identity and proof of address documents. The process of updating it is easy.

Earlier UIDAI had given the deadline to update demographic details for free,Extended from 15 December 2023 to 14 March 2024, then to 14 June 2024 and again to 14 September 2024.
Facility is available for free on this portal
The facility of updating Aadhaar card details and necessary documents for free is available till September 14, 2024. If you want to update your Aadhaar, you can do it for free through the myAadhaar portal. To avail this facility, you can visit myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in.

Aadhaar details can be updated online for free. Here we are giving you step by step information about what you need to do for this:

UIDAI official websitemyaadhaar.uidai.gov.in Go to.

Enter Aadhaar number and captcha

Click on ‘send OTP’ and enter the OTP received on your linked number.

After this select Update Demographics Data.

On the next page, select the correct options and click on ‘Proceed’.

You can make necessary changes on the next page.

Upload the required documents.

Check the details entered.

Submit the change request.

If you have requested for change of address, you can check the status of the request through Update Request Number (URN).
