Helen tells The Sun that being naked in nature is a very expansive and comforting feeling. The young woman, who is also a member of a naturist foundation, says that the direct sunlight on the skin and the wind on the hair are refreshing. Helen asked about their behavior on a show if they should worry about sunning themselves naked in a corner of the park when there are so many other things to worry about in the world.The Sun reports that nudity in public is not illegal in England and Wales except in certain circumstances. Helen says it should remain legal in the UK because it’s a great experience.
Helen is introduced to the nudist lifestyle by her husband and childhood friend Simon. It was in 2015 when we reconnected through Facebook that this turning point in life took place. Simon came up with the idea of organizing a naked walk just after the covid lockdown. Helen says that she was participating in a nude walk the very next day before giving it a second thought.
Within two years Helen’s love for nudity was growing. The couple are currently organizing a naked walk across the British countryside to raise money for charity. Three years ago I would have thought you were crazy if you had told me about going naked. But today things have changed. Helen says she is with naturism.
Helen is now asking more women to join her. Being naked in public helped boost body confidence. At first I was a bit apprehensive about facing people. But others told him it didn’t matter. It is perfectly legal to go nude in the UK. So don’t worry about it. It’s not boring, it’s not difficult, it’s not weird. Give it a try, Helen tells other women, you might like it too.
