A mother and her partner sued an Atlanta-area hospitalin Georgia, for allegedly decapitate your baby in the middle of the birthing process.

It was then that gynecologist Tracey St. Julian tried to deliver the baby using different methodsincluding traction on the baby’s head.
“In the process of giving birth to the baby (the doctor) pulled the head and neck so hard, and manipulated them so hard, that the bones of the baby’s skull and neck brokesaid Roderick Edmond, one of the Ross’ attorneys.
At about 11:50 p.m., the doctor decided to perform a cesarean section.
The infant’s body and legs were removed by caesarean section at 12:11 am, while the head came out of the vagina.
On the demand, it is suggested that the doctor acted negligently and that she did not perform the cesarean section on time and in the proper way.
According to the plaintiffs, The doctor did not inform them about the status of the little boy’s body either..
The appeal also alleges that hospital staff discouraged the couple from requesting an autopsy on the body.
A report of the alleged beheading was not provided to authorities. The funeral home where the remains were transferred allegedly also did not do its part to notify the parents of the situation.

St Julian’s has not made any public or press statements about the case.
The hospital administration, for its part, told Fox News that it could not discuss details of the lawsuit, as it is in litigation. However, it rejected the allegations against the institution contained in the complaint.
