The player auction for the second edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) is going to be held on December 9. A total of 165 women players have been shortlisted for the auction, which includes the names of two players from Chhattisgarh, Durgesh Nandini Sahu and Manpreet Kaur.
Auction for Women’s Premier League 2024 to be held on December 9 Raipur. The player auction for the second edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) is going to be held on December 9. A total of 165 women players have been shortlisted for the auction, which includes the names of two players from Chhattisgarh, Durgesh Nandini Sahu and Manpreet Kaur. The name of state senior team member Durgesh Nandini is in the list of bowlers. Whereas, Manpreet’s name is included in the list of all-rounder. Both are uncapped players and their base price is fixed at Rs 10 lakh. The five teams of WPL have vacancies for a total of 30 players.
