“I had called PM Modi. Told them that there is no difference of opinion between us, do not bring any hindrance in your mind. We are all part of NDA. Whatever decision he takes will be accepted. If he makes CM from BJP or takes a decision for someone else…we will accept that decision.”
During this he said, “I have always worked as a worker. I never considered myself a Chief Minister. CM means common man, I worked thinking this…we should work for the people…”
Shinde said- People think that the Chief Minister is among us. Be it home, ministry, people come and meet. I meet everyone. The identity I have got is because of you. I did not work for popularity, I worked for the people of Maharashtra. The central government remained standing for two and a half years. If the state has to be taken forward then the support of the Central Government is very important.
Acting Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shinde said that we got the love and trust of the people in the elections. For this I thank everyone wholeheartedly. We worked very well on Ladli Behan Yojana. I have always worked as an activist. I never considered myself a Chief Minister. CM means common man, I worked thinking this. We should work for the people. I have seen the pain of the citizens, how they ran their households.
He said that “Tomorrow there will be a meeting of our three parties with Home Minister Amit Shah and there will be a detailed discussion in it and after that a decision will be taken…”
Maharashtra’s acting Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, “The Center and the state government together will move forward and definitely a Mahayuti government will be established… Yesterday I also spoke to the PM and said that there is no hindrance from our side in forming the government. You take the decision, whatever final decision BJP takes, that decision will be implemented. The senior BJP leaders who will take the decision regarding the post of Chief Minister and the BJP candidate will have our full support.”
