Apart from this, heat wave conditions will continue over Jammu Division, Himachal Pradesh and Saurashtra-Kutch for the next two days. People in West Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Rajasthan will also not get relief from hot winds for the next five days.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in some states till March 31 or earlier. By the end of this month, there is a possibility of rain in the Northeast. Apart from this, isolated rain is likely over some areas of South India for the next four days. Light to moderate rain is likely at isolated places over Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orissa. At the same time, rain may occur over Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karnataka during the next 5 days.
