The release date of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor starrer film ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ has been announced. This romantic drama, directed by Shashank Khaitan, will knock in theaters on 12 September 2025. There is a lot of curiosity among the audience about the film, especially because it is made in the tone of Shashank Khaitan’s previous superhit films ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.
Earlier there were speculations that the film ‘Dulhania’ would be the third part of the franchise and it was replaced by Alia Bhatt by Janhvi Kapoor. However, the makers made it clear that this is a separate story and is not part of the ‘Dulhania’ series.
The shooting of the film has been completed in Udaipur in September last year. The film is currently in post-production phase. Apart from Varun and Janhvi, the film will also feature Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Manish Paul and Akshay Oberoi in important roles.
Varun Dhawan’s recent ‘Baby John’ was released. Apart from this, he will be seen in ‘Border 2’ alongside Sunny Deol and Diljit Dosanjh. Varun will also start shooting for his father David Dhawan’s upcoming comedy film soon.
At the same time, Janhvi Kapoor’s bag also has many big projects. She will be seen in the role of a village girl in NTR 30, romance in ‘Param Sundari’ with Siddharth Malhotra, and has also started shooting for her second Telugu film with Ram Charan.
