This rain-interrupted match played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala witnessed the second upset of the World Cup 2023. Netherlands defeated South Africa by a huge margin of 38 runs with the help of excellent bowling by Rolf van der Merwe after a stormy half-century by captain Scott Edwards.
