December 24.

“The United States supports the right of the Libyan people to choose their leaders in a free and transparent democratic process and calls on key figures to use their influence at this stage, to do what is best for all. Libyans, “said the American diplomatic representation.

A way out of the crisis has been looming in Libya since the government of national unity and the new Presidential Council took office on March 16, 2021, to lead the country to the legislative and presidential elections scheduled for December 24.
