Father and daughter are residents of Jawahar Tiwari village, entire Baldirai tehsil area. Ravindra Tripathi says that after serving the country, now there is an opportunity for social service also. After passing the intermediate examination, at the age of 19, Ravindra joined the army on March 5, 1991. Passed the graduation examination from Rana Pratap College in 2004 by filling the personal application form while in the job.
Ravindra, who retired from the post of Subedar in 2019 after 28 years of service in the army, did not return to the village. Along with daughter Priya Tripathi and son Deependra Tripathi, he started preparing to enter the banking sector in Lucknow. During this time, he passed the pre-examination of SBI PO along with his daughter but was disappointed in Mains. Then in 2021, he was selected for the post of Sub Inspector in Uttar Pradesh Police. The appointment letter for training in PTS Moradabad was received from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The whole family jumped with joy
He says that he did not join there because he lived with his family. During this time, son Deependra got selected in the post office. When Ravindra’s name along with his daughter’s name appeared in the results of the Revenue Accountant’s examination which came late last Saturday evening, the whole family jumped with joy. Now he will also work as an accountant along with his daughter.
‘Leave mobile phones and make friends with books’
Ravindra says that first I have served the country, now I will serve the society. Giving a message to the youth, he said that with dedication and hard work we can achieve any goal. Youth should make friends with books instead of mobile phones.
