Outgoing Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has accepted defeat and congratulated Labour Party leader Keir Starmer. Rishi Sunak has managed to save his seat. Official results have shown that the Labour Party has won enough seats to form the next government. By 5 am on Friday, the Labour Party has won 326 out of 650 seats. Britain’s Indian-origin Prime Minister Sunak won again with a margin of 23,059 votes in the Richmond and Northallerton seat in Northern England, but he failed to get his party back to power after 14 years of government in the country.

Taking responsibility for the defeat in the UK general election, he told the voters, “Forgive me.” Keir Starmer of the Labour Party has won the Holborn and St Pancras seat and he can become the new Prime Minister of the country. On the victory of the Labour Party in the results so far, 61-year-old Starmer said, “I will be your voice, I will support you, I will fight for you every day.”

The leader of the Labour Party said, “Change starts from here because this is your democracy, your community, your future. You have voted. According to the exit poll, the Labour Party was estimated to get 410 seats in the general election, while in the trends it is getting 405 seats, while Rishi Sunak’s party is getting only 154 seats.
