Turkish forces seized 68.7 kilograms of synthetic drugs on Thursday in Van, in the south-east of the country.

According to an official statement, work to combat drug trafficking is continuing in the region.

As part of this, the teams carried out an operation in the Tusba district and searched a car with the help of “Thor”, a sniffer dog. Of this, 68.7 kilograms of designer drugs were found in the vehicle.

A suspect has been taken into custody.
