The Turkish Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to Russia in connection with the explosion at a gunpowder factory in the Ryazan region, which killed 17 people.
“We are deeply saddened to hear that seventeen people died and many were injured as a result of an explosion at a plant in the Ryazan region of the Russian Federation,” the foreign ministry said in a statement.
The Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to the families of the victims and the Russian government, and also wished the victims a speedy recovery.
17 people became victims of the explosion and fire in the shop for the production of gunpowder at the Elastic plant in the Ryazan region.
The tragedy took place on Friday, October 22nd.
According to preliminary information, the cause of the emergency was a failure in the technological process.
