Dogs are the most loyal animals to humans, so we often get to hear and see heartwarming stories related to the mutual love between dog and owner on social media. At the same time, if we talk about loyalty, then cats are also no less in this matter. Now look at this pet cat, who loves her owner so much that even after his death, she does not want to go away from him and sits near his grave. Here we are talking about the pet cat of Sheikh Muamer Zukorli of Serbia.
Every day after Zucorli’s death on November 6, 2021, the cat was seen sitting around his grave, due to which the cat made headlines. Now, a post shared by a Twitter user shows the cat sitting on top of Zukorli’s snow-covered grave. The caption accompanying the photo read, “Her cat is still here.”

In a post shared on November 9 last year, a Twitter user named Lavader shared a heart-melting picture of a pet cat sitting sadly atop the grave of its deceased owner. The caption read, “After the passing of Mufti Muamer Zukorli last week, her cat has not left her grave since her last rites, and is always seen sitting near the grave of the Mufti. Even after his death, his cat wants to be close to him, no matter what.”

Two months after the funeral, the presence of a cat near the grave has made people emotional. While some said, how loyal the cat is, some wrote that the cat should be adopted by someone soon. Many were reminded of the sad story of Hachiko, a Japanese dog, who waited for his master to return until his last breath.
Let us inform that the former Mufti of Serbia, Sheikh Muamer Zukorli, died of a heart attack on November 6, 2021. He was a well-known figure in the Muslim community of Serbia as well as in other Balkan countries.
