For his part, Glesler Ramos Vidal, member of the UJC and participant for the fifth consecutive time in this memorial tribute to the passage of the Freedom Caravan, stressed that this is one more sample to reaffirm his commitment to the Revolution and demonstrate that the Cuban youth defends each of their conquests.

The cultural political act in remembrance of the date was carried out in this community located on the outskirts of the city of Holguín, where the loss of two caravans who participated every year, since 1959 itself, in this tribute as Lieutenant Colonel of the Idinio Macías Samé Reserve and the Reserve Captain Adolfo Bagdadí Herrera.

Yanet Hernández Aguilera, first secretary of the Communist Youth Union in the province, recalled the achievements made in the country after the triumph of the Revolution and recognized the work of the new generations in confronting COVID-19 during the peak stage epidemiological.
