Officials said two people on the plane died and 19 people working inside the building were injured, according to the newspaper. Orange County Register today 3.1.

The plane crash mentioned above happened right after the pilot called to request an emergency landing at a nearby airport. About 90 seconds after the plane took off from Fullerton Airport, the pilot radioed the US Federal Aviation Administration tower at the airport that an emergency landing was needed. According to tower announcements, it appeared there was at least one passenger in addition to the pilot.
According to the US Federal Aviation Administration, the plane that crashed was a Van RV-10, a four-seat aircraft. The US National Transportation Safety Board announced on social media that it is investigating the accident.
In a statement on social media, the Fullerton City Council called the above accident a “serious tragedy”.
