The feature rich Altroz Racer is facing tough competition from vehicles like Hyundai i20 N Line in its segment in the Indian car market. Tata Altroz Racer Vs Hyundai i20 N Line: Engine Specs and Price
Talking about the powertrain, the Tata Altroz Racer is getting a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. This engine generates 120bhp of power and 170Nm of torque. For transmission, only a 6-speed manual gearbox has been paired with the Altroz Racer engine. The Hyundai i20 N Line also comes with a manual transmission option, it gets a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine that generates 120hp of power and 172Nm of torque. Apart from this, the Hyundai i20 N Line also comes with a 7-speed DCT option, it has paddle shifters.
Altroz Racer is available in three variants in the Indian market, priced between Rs 9.49 lakh and Rs 10.99 lakh. The price of Hyundai i20 N Line is between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 11.30 lakh. At the same time, the price of Francox Turbo is between Rs 9.7 lakh and Rs 13 lakh.

Tata Altroz Racer Vs Hyundai i20 N Line: Design
In terms of design, both the Tata Altroz Racer and the Hyundai i20 N Line are great looking cars, with the Altroz Racer having a sportier look, dual tone color scheme and strips on the hood. The new hatchback car comes in orange color scheme and its upper part in black color. It also has black alloy wheels. The Hyundai i20 N Line also has a sportier hot hatchback look, with an N Line inspired chin and sportier elements and exhausts coming out. Both the cars look great.
Both the Hyundai i20 N Line and the Tata Altroz Racer get a sportier treatment on the inside, with contrast stitching and a black look. Compared to the regular i20, the N Line gets metal pedals and sportier steering, while the Altroz focuses on features. Both cars have a 10.25-inch screen and digital cluster. The Tata Altroz is equipped with segment first features like 360° camera and ventilation. It has ventilated seats and voice assisted sunroof and premium audio system. The Hyundai i20 N Line also gets an electric sunroof and Bose audio system. Both cars are safety feature rich. Hyundai i20 N Line and Altroz Racer get standard features like 6 airbags for safety.
