The Tata Altroz ​​Racer, which will be launched next month, will also be based on the same platform on which the current Tata Altroz ​​is built. Like the current model, the new Altroz ​​will get 16-inch wheels. Some changes will have been made in the grille and dual-tone exterior of the upcoming Altroz ​​Racer. The next important change in the new car will be seen in the engine. The petrol engine in the current Altroz ​​generates 108bhp power. In comparison, the engine found in the Altroz ​​Racer is capable of generating 118bhp power like the Nexon turbo petrol engine. The updated engine of the new Altroz ​​is capable of giving it a tough competition to the Hyundai i20 N Line available in the Indian market. The petrol engine installed in this hatchback car of Hyundai generates 118bhp power. It is expected that the Tata Altroz ​​Racer will get only a 6-speed manual option with the engine for transmission. Tata Altroz ​​Racer, which is being launched next month, will give tough competition to vehicles like Hyundai i20 N Line, Maruti Suzuki Fronx turbo, Toyota Taisor available in the Indian market.
