- Health Problems for Sunita Williams
- Problems with being in space for a long time ..
- Baby foot and bone density damage ..
- Suffering for months after coming to earth ..

Sunita Williams: Sunita Williams and Butch Vilmore are all set to return to Earth. NASA-Space X has reached the Crew-10 ISS. On Friday, the Crew traveled from Florida to the Kennedy Space Station by the Falcon -9 rocket. Sunita Williams in Return Jermi comes up to earth.
However, Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are suffering from serious health problems due to a long period of space. They are the most distressed to get to the earth. They are likely to have a health condition called “Baby Foot”. As astronauts have been in space for months, their feet become softened like infants’s feet. That means they experience serious pain.
When walking on earth, our foot skin becomes thicker due to gravity and friction. It can withstand the most resistance when we walk. Protects from pain and discomfort. People who have been in space for months lose hardened skin. The feet become very soft. It is possible to take months from a few weeks until the feet come to normal.

On the other hand, the lack of gravity is also significantly reduced. According to NASA, if there are no proper measures in space, astronauts will lose one percent of the astronauts every month. The muscles also weaken. As a result they cannot usually walk for a few days after coming to earth. It requires several months of training.
Apart from this, astronauts’ blood is also reduced. Due to the lack of heart gravity, there is no need to pump blood hard. Blood flowing in the body also changes. Slow down in some areas. This can cause blood clots.
Spending in space can be exposed to the most dangerous radiation. The magnetic field of the earth protects humans from radiation. However, those in space do not have this flexibility. NASA claims that astronauts are mainly exposed to three types of radiation. These include cells trapped in the earth’s magnetic field, solar magnetic cells from the sun, and galaxy cosmic rays.
