Subhadra Yojana Eligibility :Guidelines have been issued for the Subhadra scheme with the aim of empowering women financially. Under this scheme, eligible women will be given Rs 10,000 annually in 2 installments. This financial assistance will be given for 5 years, i.e. a total of Rs 50,000 will be given under this. The Subhadra scheme belongs to the Odisha government and detailed guidelines have been given on it by the Odisha Women and Child Development Department. The Odisha government will start this scheme from September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

2 installments of 5 thousand rupees each in a year
Under this scheme, women will get Rs 5,000 twice a year, i.e. Rs 10,000 in a year. This benefit will be available for 5 years. Odisha government will provide debit cards to women through Subhadra Yojana. The government will also give an extra Rs 500 to 100 women out of those who make the maximum number of digital transactions in every Gram Panchayat and urban body.
Subhadra Scheme : Eligibility
Under the Subhadra Yojana, the benefit will be given to women between the ages of 21 and 60. That is, the minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 60 years. That is, the beneficiary’s birth date should be between 2 July 1964 and 1 July 2003. In this way, more than one crore women of the state will get this benefit. The woman applying for this should be a resident of Odisha state.

Subhadra Yojana: Who cannot apply
- Women receiving assistance of Rs 1,500 or more per month or Rs 18,000 or more annually under any government scheme such as pension, scholarship etc will not be eligible.
- If the woman or any member of her family is a present or former member of Parliament or Assembly.
- Women who pay tax cannot apply.
- If she is an elected public representative of any urban local body or Panchayati Raj institution, then she cannot apply.
- If you are a temporary or permanent employee or pensioner of any undertaking/board/local body/organization of the State or Central Government.
- Being a selected member of any Government Department/Undertaking/Board/Central Government/State Government.
- If the woman’s family has more than 5 acres of irrigated land and more than 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
- If the woman owns any four-wheeler except tractor, mini truck, small commercial vehicle or any other light vehicle.

Where to get the application form
Women will get the form of this scheme in Anganwadi centers, block offices, Mo-Seva centers and Jan Seva centers. Women will not have to pay any fee for this. To monitor the scheme, the government will form ‘Subhadra Society’, which will work under the Women and Child Development Department.

The beneficiary’s mobile number should be linked to his Aadhaar number.
The beneficiary must have a DBT bank account.
How to apply
To apply for Subhadra Yojana, women will have to get the form from Anganwadi Centre or Block Office or Mo-Seva Centre and Jan Seva Kendra. Women will not have to pay any extra money for this. After filling the form, it will have to be submitted along with the relevant documents at Anganwadi Centre or Block Office.
