Alkem Laboratories
Alkem Lab said it will sell its manufacturing plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh to Rubicon Research Limited for about Rs 149 crore. Alkem Lab told the stock market that the company has entered into a business transfer agreement with Rubicon Research Limited on January 6, 2025 to sell the plant. The company said that it will get Rs 149 crore from this sale.
Kalyan Jewelers
The revenue of Kalyan Jewelers in the third quarter of the current financial year 2024-25 has increased by 39 percent on an annual basis. It got support from strong festival and wedding demand. The company’s revenue in the third quarter (October-December) of the last financial year 2023-24 was Rs 5223.07 crore. Revenue growth in Kalyan Jewelers’ Indian operations was 41 percent in the third quarter of FY 2024-25 and 22 percent in West Asia. The company has planned to open 170 new showrooms in the wellness and digital platform ‘Candere Format’ in India and abroad in the next financial year 2025-26.
Tata Steel
Tata Steel’s production in India increased by 6.2% to 5.68 million tonnes (MT), compared to 5.35 MT earlier. Deliveries in India increased by 8.4% to 5.29 MT, compared to 4.88 MT earlier. Production in Britain became 0 MT, whereas earlier it was 0.72 MT. Deliveries in Britain declined by 12.5% to 0.56 MT, compared to 0.64 MT earlier. Production in Netherlands increased by 47.9% to 1.76 MT, whereas earlier it was 1.19 MT. Deliveries in the Netherlands increased by 17.7% to 1.53 MT, compared to 1.3 MT earlier.
Mahindra & Mahindra
The company has announced the prices for the top-end variants of its upcoming electric sports utility vehicles. The company’s target is to sell 5,000 vehicles every month.
Signature Global (India)
The company has registered a growth of Rs 2,770 crore with more than double increase in sales bookings due to better demand for its housing project in Gurugram. The company’s sales booking in the same quarter a year ago was Rs 1,260 crore. Signature Global said in a statement that in the first nine months (April-December) of the current financial year, sales bookings increased by 178 percent year-on-year to Rs 8,670 crore as against Rs 3,120 crore in the same period a year ago.
Tata Technologies
The company has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Telechips (an automotive semiconductor solutions company) to develop solutions for next generation Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). The collaboration will focus on co-developing innovative solutions for Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) platforms, automotive cockpit domain controllers and central and zonal gateway controllers, enabling OEMs to solve software-hardware integration challenges and get to market faster. This will help in reducing the time.
Mankind Pharma
The company has pledged its remaining 56.31 per cent shares in its subsidiary Bharat Serum & Vaccines in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship as Common Security Trustee for the benefit of the NCD (Non-Convertible Debenture) holders.

The company has issued a Letter of Award to its subsidiary Purva Green Power to set up a 150 MW wind-solar hybrid power project with an additional capacity of 150 MW under the Greenshoe option.
