IndusInd Bank results will come today
Today, IndusInd Bank’s June quarter results will be released. Tech Mahindra
The profit of IT sector giant Tech Mahindra has increased by 23 percent to Rs 851 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year. The company’s revenue fell by 1.2 percent on an annual basis to Rs 13,005 crore. However, its revenue has increased by 1 percent compared to the January-March quarter. Tech Mahindra’s operational profit margin increased by 1.90 percent to 12 percent.
AU Small Finance Bank
AU Small Finance Bank’s profit grew 30% year-on-year to Rs 503 crore in the June quarter. The bank’s net interest income (NII) grew 54% year-on-year to Rs 1921 crore during the June quarter of FY 2025 from Rs 1246 crore in the same quarter a year ago. Net interest margin (NIM) for Q1FY25 stood at 6.0%. Return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) stood at 1.6% and 13.2%. Bank deposits stood at Rs 97290 crore in the June quarter of FY 2025. CASA deposits grew 2% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 32,035 crore, CASA ratio stood at 33%.
Mankind Pharma
Mankind Pharma said that it will fully acquire Bharat Serums and Vaccines for approximately Rs 13,630 crore. Mankind Pharma said in a statement that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100 per cent stake in Bharat Serums and Vaccines (BSV) at an enterprise value of approximately Rs 13,630 crore. It will acquire this stake from Advent International.
RBL Bank
EQT Private Capital Asia on Thursday sold its entire 7.89 percent stake in private sector RBL Bank for Rs 1091 crore through open market transactions. With this, EQT Private Capital is now completely separated from RBL Bank. It sold its stake through its unit Maple-2 BV. Maple-2 BV sold 4,78,40,700 shares which is equivalent to 7.89 percent stake in RBL Bank.
Adani Energy Solutions
Adani Energy Solutions Limited has suffered a net loss of Rs 1190.66 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year 20234-25. The company said that this loss was mainly due to increased expenses. In the first (April-June) quarter of the last financial year 2023-24, the company had earned a profit of Rs 181.98 crore. The total income of Adani Energy Solutions Limited increased to Rs 5,489.97 crore in the June quarter, from Rs 3,772.25 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
Ashok Leyland
The profit of Hinduja Group’s flagship company Ashok Leyland in the April-June quarter has declined by 6 percent year-on-year to Rs 509 crore. In the same quarter of the last financial year, the company had earned a profit of Rs 544 crore. In the June quarter, the company’s total income increased to Rs 10,754 crore, which was Rs 9,735 crore in the same quarter last year.
