Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries has acquired technology-based healthcare platform Karkinos for Rs 375 crore. Reliance Industries said that its wholly owned subsidiary Reliance Strategic Business Ventures (RSBVL) has completed the acquisition of Karkinos Healthcare Pvt Ltd with the allotment of required shares. Carkinos was incorporated in India on July 24, 2020, and the company provides technology-based solutions for early detection and treatment of cancer.

Britain-based Vodafone Group has paid the dues of about Rs 11,650 crore or 10.9 crore pounds raised in exchange for shares of Vodafone Idea.
