The Management Committee of Adani Enterprises has approved the public issuance of non-convertible debentures up to Rs 400 crore, with an option to retain over-subscription of up to Rs 400 crore, aggregating to Rs 800 crore.

The company has expressed its intention to invest with the Uttar Pradesh government to acquire land in the state to set up a greenfield facility. The company intends to invest Rs 4500 crore through direct and indirect investments in several phases. The annual production revenue at full capacity is estimated to be more than Rs 10,000 crore.
Hero MotoCorp
Hero MotoCorp has received a notice from Delhi GST officials demanding tax of more than Rs 17 crore. The two-wheeler manufacturer said in a notice to the stock exchange that the company has received an order dated August 17, 2024 from the office of the GST officer of the Delhi government in the matter of disallowance of input tax credit for the financial year 2019-20. The company said that according to the notice, a demand of Rs 9,38,66,513 has been made as tax. Along with this, Rs 7,32,15,880 has been demanded as interest and Rs 93,86,651 as penalty.
Hindustan Zinc, Vedanta
Vedanta will exercise the oversubscription option for an additional 0.29% stake in the offer for sale. Vedanta’s offer size is now 1.51% of the company’s total stake. The OFA of Vedanta Group company Hindustan Zinc Limited received a good response on the first day and non-retail investors placed bids for 6.3 crore shares. Thus the offer received a subscription of 1.23 times or 137.39 percent.
Kolte-Patil Developers
Real estate company Kolte-Patil Developers Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Khiroda Jena has resigned from the company. The company said in a notice to the stock exchange that Jena resigned on August 17, 2024 to explore new opportunities. Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
Adani Power
Adani Power said it would continue to supply power to Bangladesh from its 1,600 MW Jharkhand plant. 100 per cent of the power generated from this plant was to be supplied to Bangladesh. The power ministry had earlier this month amended the electricity import/export guidelines to allow the sale of power within India from plants set up as export-oriented units.
