Stock Market Updates Today :Global signals are not looking good for the domestic stock market today. Selling is being seen in major Asian markets in today’s trading. Earlier on Thursday, pressure was also seen on the US markets. On Thursday, Dow Jones Industrial saw a rise of 32 points and closed at the level of 39753.75. NASDAQ Composite saw a decline of 364 points and closed at the level of 18283.41. While the S&P 500 index fell by about 49 points and closed at the level of 5584.54.
Talking about Asia, GIFT NIFTY has fallen by 0.01 percent while Nikkei 225 has fallen by about 2.02 percent. Taiwan Weighted has fallen by 1.98 percent while KOSPI has fallen by about 1.14 percent. Shanghai Composite is showing a weakness of 0.10 percent. However, Strait Times has gained 0.36 percent while Hang Seng is trading with a gain of about 1.76 percent.

Crude below $86
Flat trading has been seen in Brent crude. In the international market, crude is trading below $86 at around $85.70 per barrel. Whereas WTI crude has risen to cross $83 per barrel. It is believed that the rise in WTI crude has come due to the possibility of rate cut.

Due to inflation rate being lower than expected, the chances of rate cut in America have increased. America’s 10-year bond yield has slipped to around 4.25 percent. While the dollar index has fallen to around the level of 104.50.
