Stock Market Updates Today :Global signals are looking very weak for the domestic stock market today. Selling is being seen in major Asian markets in today’s trading. Earlier on Friday, the US markets also closed on a decline. On Friday, the Dow Jones Industrial fell by 410 points and closed at the level of 40345.41. The NASDAQ Composite fell by 437 points and closed at the level of 16690.83. While the S&P 500 index fell by about 95 points and closed at the level of 5408.42.
Talking about Asia, GIFT NIFTY is up by 0.32 percent while Nikkei 225 is down by 2.18 percent. Strait Times is up by 0.68 percent while Hang Seng is down by 1.94 percent and Taiwan Weighted is down by 2.04 percent. KOSPI has declined by about 0.77 percent while Shanghai Composite is down by 1.04 percent.
