There is a rise of 51 points in NASDAQ Composite and it closed at the level of 19054.84. Whereas the S&P 500 index increased by about 18 points and closed at the level of 5987.37.
Talking about Asia, there is a decline of 0.21 percent in GIFT NIFTY and a weakness of 1.36 percent in Nikkei 225. There is a 0.33 percent decline in the Straits Times, while the Hang Seng has strengthened by about 0.25 percent. There is a weakness of 0.81 percent in Taiwan Weighted and Kospi has also weakened by 0.58 percent. Whereas flat trading is seen in Shanghai Composite.

According to the provisional data available on NSE, on November 25, 2024, foreign portfolio investors i.e. FIIs were net buyers and bought shares worth Rs 9947.55 crore. Whereas domestic institutional investors were net sellers during this period and they sold shares worth Rs 6907.97 crore on November 25, 2024.
