Earlier on Tuesday, the US markets also closed with gains. On Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial rose by 57 points and closed at the level of 38834.86. The NASDAQ Composite saw a slight rise of 5 points and closed at the level of 17862.23. While the S&P 500 index closed at the level of 5487.03, strengthening by about 14 points.
Talking about Asia, GIFT NIFTY is trading flat, while Nikkei 225 is up by 0.58 percent. Strait Times is up by 0.34 percent and Hang Seng is up by 1.98 percent. Taiwan Weighted has strengthened by about 1.91 percent while Kospi has strengthened by 0.99 percent. Shanghai Composite is showing a weakness of 0.18 percent.
