Spain: Guinness Book told 112-year-old man the oldest man in the world, what is the secret of long life?

The Guinness Book of World Records has declared the world’s oldest man. Spain’s Saturnino de la Fuente Garcia has got this status, whose age is 112 years and 211 days. He has also told the secret of his long life. Due to his short height, he did not even have to go in the war, but he was very ahead in sports, so that he remained fit.

Saturnino was born on February 11, 1909, in Puerto Castro, León, Spain. His height is 4.92 feet, due to which he did not go to participate in the Spanish Civil War in 1936. When the war was going on, he lived peacefully with his wife. He used to do shoe making and was engaged in that. He says that staying calm is the secret of his long life.

Saturnino loves football and played it for many years. He also formed a local team. He also supports the Cultural Lionessa Club.

He and wife Antonina Barrio Gutierrez had seven daughters and one son. The son died in childhood. He is now taken care of by a daughter and son-in-law. He has 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren in his family. He was living separately from his family due to Covid-19 but now everyone has joined the celebrations on his 112th birthday.
