Rookies participating in the TNSV tournament are not just for fun
Sonadezi College of Technology and Management is one of the new recruits participating in the football tournament for the first time Adolescent Vietnamese students 3rd – 2024 THACO Cup (TNSV THACO Cup 2025). They will start their journey in the Southeast region qualifying round, which will kick off from January 4 – 12, 2025.
Despite being a rookie, the representative from the Dong Nai province school football world showed a very serious investment in the team leader, Vice Principal – Dr. Phan Anh Tuyen.
It is known that to prepare for the Southeast regional qualifiers, the school with its headquarters in Bien Hoa Industrial Park II, Bien Hoa City has conducted quite a vigorous enrollment with tournaments from mid-October to May. 11.
After a series of selection rounds, the teachers of Sonadezi College of Technology and Management selected the 19 most qualified players from nearly 4,000 students in 14 majors.
Vice Principal – Dr. Phan Anh Tuyen said: “This year the school’s goal is to practice, so that students can have a better understanding of what it is like when they go out to compete. We want to build a plan. redundancy, long-term student development training.
We do not participate in the TNSV tournament for fun, but for the first time to grasp and know legal issues, integration and training, and from there we can be better prepared for the future.”
Because it’s a real playground for students
Also according to Dr. Phan Anh Tuyen, in the school there are some young U.17 players who play very well, but they have to temporarily put them aside, waiting for them to reach at least 18 years old as prescribed by the THACO Cup 2025 TNSV tournament.
Mr. Tuyen shared: “We determined that all players must use internal resources from within the school, so that students can both learn real culture and compete in school football.
In the long run, if students enter the school to play football well, we will consider tuition support or other incentives. This is a good thing because they can bring along other students who are good at soccer.
But in the long run, we always hope that real students of the school, with good academic achievements and meeting the requirements of the tournament, will represent the school to compete in special football tournaments like TNSV.”
Sonadezi College of Technology and Management was established on June 1, 2005 according to Decision No. 2979/QD-BGDDT-TCCB of the Minister of Education and Training. The school was founded by Sonadezi Company, a Vietnamese pioneer in the field of industrial park infrastructure development. In 2016, according to the state-owned enterprise equitization roadmap, Sonadezi College of Technology & Management had investment participation from IGC Education Group.
From January 1, 2017, the school’s educational management unit was transferred from the Ministry of Education and Training to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
The school’s goal is to train high-quality human resources with solid knowledge, skills and skills, and know how to organize scientific research activities in association with businesses in key industries. After graduating, students will quickly adapt to real work and meet the recruitment requirements of businesses. In particular, the lecturers of the Faculty of Garment and Shoe Technology are professionally trained in France.
Currently, Sonadezi College of Technology & Management has trained more than 5,000 college graduates to meet the recruitment needs of businesses in Dong Nai province and neighboring localities. In addition, the school has cooperated in training undergraduate and master’s degrees with prestigious educational organizations in Vietnam and abroad.
Football tournament qualifying round Adolescent Vietnamese students 3rd – 2025 THACO Cup has 66 teams that will be divided into 6 groups according to geographical area from December 28, 2024 to January 18, 2025. Specifically, including the northern area (from December 30, 2024 – January 10, 2025 at Water Resources University yard); Central Coast region (from January 6 – January 12, 2025 at Military Region 5 yard – Da Nang); South Central and Central Highlands regions (January 10 – January 18, 2025 at Nha Trang University yard); Southeast region (January 4 – January 12, 2025 at Bau Thanh Stadium, Ba Ria – Vung Tau); Southwest region (January 8 – January 17, 2025 at Can Tho Stadium) and Ho Chi Minh City region (December 28, 2024 – January 15, 2025 at Ton Duc Thang University stadium) to select 11 teams along with the home team Ton Duc Thang University. Duc Thang competes in the final round of the tournament from March 1 to March 16, 2025.
