Shanghai’s 2nd phase of lockdown as the number of Covid-19 cases increases



Shanghai on March 28 began a second blockade as the city recorded an increase in the number of Covid-19 infections. The decision, announced on March 27, will divide the city into two parts along the Huangpu River within nine days to roll out testing.
