The controversy over NEET UG 2024 exam continues
This year, during the NEET UG 2024 exam, first there were reports of paper leak from many areas of the country. After this, when the results of the exam came on June 4, it was found that 67 students were given full marks i.e. 720 out of 720 and their ranking fell drastically compared to the marks obtained by the general students. After this, students and institutes providing NEET coaching across the country alleged large-scale irregularities and rigging in the exam and its results. Protests were also held on this issue at many places. Opposition parties also tried to corner the government on these allegations. But both the government and the NTA have been continuously denying these allegations. However, after the matter reached the Supreme Court, the NTA had to decide to cancel the grace marks given to more than 1500 students in the NEET results and to conduct the examination of these students again on June 23. However, despite these decisions, the doubts and allegations related to the NEET UG 2024 exam have not stopped.
