Renault showcases electric bike concept at Paris Motor Show: Renault is known for its high quality cars throughout the world. Even in India, Renault cars are very popular, especially due to their low prices and great features. People know the French car manufacturing company Renault for its cars, but the people present at the Paris Motor Show were surprised when they saw a bike parked in the company’s pavilion. The name of the bike is said to be Heritage Spirit Scrambler. The bike parked in Renault’s pavilion was a concept model.
Its production model will soon be seen on the roads of Europe. It is being told that the price of the electric bike will be around 23,450 euros. This value in Indian currency is equal to approximately Rs 21.2 lakh. The upcoming bike has been designed by Annecy-based start-up company Ateliers HeritageBike. Let us tell you that this showcase was organized with the aim of promoting more startups at the local level in France.

Heritage Spirit Scrambler: These features will be available in the bike
As the name suggests, the Heritage Spirit is a scrambler with neo-retro design elements. Inspired by the design of the Scrambler launched in 1980, this new bike is based on a futuristic theme, although many classic features are visible in its styling. For example, the shape of the fuel tank looks dated, but the livery and graphics are quite updated.
Other key design elements include a single-piece saddle with a ribbed pattern, rectangular LED brake lamp, ovular LED headlamps, bar-end mirrors mirrors), short front and rear fenders and 17-inch wire-spoke wheels are seen in the front and rear which are equipped with knobby tyres. The battery is housed within the chassis, which acts as a stress member for the frame.

The Heritage Spirit Scrambler is available in two variants – 50cc and 125cc. The base variant can be run at a maximum speed of 45 km per hour. In Europe, riders aged 16 years or older are eligible for an AM driving license. In fact, in European countries, people aged 16 years or older apply for an AM driving license. This license allows them to drive two-wheelers such as scooters, mopeds, and small bikes. On the other hand, the 125cc variant can be driven at a maximum speed of 99 kmph and is priced at 24,950 Euro (approximately Rs 22.74 lakh). To drive this variant, A1 license or B196 car driving license is required.
Talking about the specifications, the base variant has a 4kW motor which generates 240 Nm of torque. It has a 3.2 kWh battery, which promises to give a range of 80 km on a single full charge. The top variant has a 7kW motor which is capable of generating 280 Nm of torque. This variant has a large 4.8 kWh capacity battery, which will be capable of giving a range of 100 km on a single full charge.
