In the last days Rashel Diaz It has given a lot to talk about, but not because of a possible return to television, but because of the decision that she and her husband made regarding their lives and that it represents leaving behind all the comforts they have in the city of Miami for a new life in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Despite the fact that they will only be gone for a couple of years, their move, which they will make by land, was not without controversy, since many of their followers, and even their own family, could not hide their concerns about the next step that they will give and that will lead them to focus fully on religion.
Carlos García and Rashel Díaz shared the surprising news of their move, and of their new beginning, through the podcast they have and that they launched a few months ago to be closer to their followers, without imagining the response they would have, Well, there was no shortage of those who accused them of being opportunists and religious fanatics.
These comments did not go unnoticed by the former host of Univision and Telemundo, who decided not to remain silent and face the criticism they were subjected to from social networks.
It is impressive that there are comments that have left us that the creativity of some people impresses me. Both Carlos and I are clear about who we are, who we serve and we know our hearts… So to all those people who make comments that if we want to become pastors to take advantage of others, that if I am doing it to take Carlos away from Miami… I understand that this comes from the person who writes it and has nothing to do with us,” he replied in one of the videos he posted on Instagram Stories to defend himself against criticism.
Despite being messed with and her beliefs, Rashel made it clear that she takes nothing personally, so she will go on with her life as if nothing happened.
“We can’t take that kind of comment personally and we don’t take it personally. Others say that it is a tremendous fanaticism. In the end, I’m not judging anyone. On the contrary, when we read comments like this, we understand that each person may have a different perspective, but we love and are passionate about serving God, we cannot live any other way. We love to respect everyone, time will tell what God’s plan is, and you will find out how we are doing ”, he concluded.
