The talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan began in the Kremlin. This is the fourth personal meeting of the leaders this year, reports TASS.
As the press secretary of the Russian head of state Dmitry Peskov announced earlier on Tuesday, the format of the meeting involves a conversation and a working lunch.
It is expected that the main topic of the talks will be the consideration of the implementation of the statements of the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan on Karabakh dated November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021, as well as the parties will discuss further steps to strengthen stability and establish economic ties in the region.
In addition, at the meeting, Putin and Pashinyan will touch upon topical issues of the development of bilateral relations and interaction in integration associations in the Eurasian space.
