The link to Po*nhub appeared on the website of the Department of Health in the province of Quebec, which has a large French-speaking population. Po*nHub’s link came with a caption stating that they know information about the Covid portal. After seeing the link to the pornographic site and people constantly commenting and mocking it, the health department officials realized the mistake and removed the link from the phone hub.
In response to a query from the AFP news agency, Quebec Health Ministry officials said that such a link had been tweeted “in an unexpected situation.” Authorities said they have launched an investigation into the serious fall. Meanwhile, the employees came to the scene apologizing for sharing the link of the phone hub on the official page. The employees apologized through their own Twitter page.
Protests intensified on social media against the Quebec Ministry of Health, which has more than a million followers. The information, including a screenshot of the link to the Po*nHub link shared on the site, went viral on social media. A section of the people said that strict action should be taken against the employees who fell.
