Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 118th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program today i.e. on Sunday. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Today the first Mann Ki Baat of 2025 is taking place. You people must have noticed one thing that every time Mann Ki Baat happens on the last Sunday of the month, but this time we are meeting on the third Sunday instead of the fourth Sunday a week earlier, because the next week is Republic Day. Yes, I wish all the countrymen a happy Republic Day in advance. This time’s ‘Republic Day’ is very special. This is the 75th anniversary of the Indian Republic. This year marks 75 years of the implementation of the Constitution. I salute all the great personalities of the Constituent Assembly who gave us our sacred Constitution.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that January 25, a day before ‘Republic Day’, is National Voters’ Day. This day is important because ‘Election Commission of India’ was established on this day. The makers of our Constitution have given a huge place to our Election Commission and people’s participation in democracy in the Constitution.
During this, while talking about Maha Kumbh, PM Modi said that “Maha Kumbh has started in Prayagraj. A memorable crowd, unimaginable scenes and an extraordinary confluence of equality and harmony… this time many divine yogas are also being formed in Kumbh. This festival of Kumbh celebrates unity in diversity…The organization of Kumbh also tells us how our traditions bind the whole of India together. The ways of following beliefs are the same from North to South. On one hand, Kumbh is organized in Prayagraj, Ujjain, Nashik and Haridwar, similarly in the southern part, Pushkarams are organized on the banks of Godavari, Krishna, Narmada and Kaveri rivers…”

Today I am proud to share that Bengaluru-based Pixel, an Indian spacetech startup, has successfully launched India’s first private satellite constellation – Firefly… This success is a symbol of the growing strength and innovation of our private space sector. On behalf of the entire country, I congratulate the Pixel team, ISRO, and IN-SPACE for this achievement…”
