For this, you can get information about it by visiting the official website pmkisan.gov.in and clicking on Farmer Corner.
What you need to do
After clicking on Farmer Corner, click on Beneficiary Status. After which the option of Aadhaar number, account number and phone number will appear there. There will not be any loss of money
After applying, if the name of a beneficiary is uploaded on the PM Kisan portal by the State/UT Government, then he will not lose a single penny. Even if he does not receive some installments due to some reason. After correcting the mistake due to which the installment has been stopped, the entire due amount will be sent to the account along with the next installment. This has happened with many farmers. But if for some reason the name of that farmer is rejected by the government, then he will not be entitled to get the installment.

How are beneficiaries identified?
The Centre has asked the state/UT governments to use the “existing land ownership system” to identify beneficiaries and transfer money to their accounts once the family details are uploaded on the PM-KISAN portal. It states that the responsibility of identifying eligible beneficiary farmers and uploading their details on the PM-KISAN portal rests entirely with the state governments. Once the application is made, the state/UT governments have the right to investigate the matter. Only if everything is found to be correct, the person is considered entitled to the benefit under this scheme.
