On the afternoon of December 8, Pink Show 5 held at Au Islet (Can Tho), gathering 4 designers including Thuan Viet, Hoai Sang, Nguyen Truong Duy and Tuan Tran. In addition, this event also has the participation of many Vietnamese stars such as Ky Han – Mac Hong Quan, Anh Duc – Anh Pham, Ngoc Tinh… In this fashion show, designer Nguyen Truong Duy brings the collection Silk changes times. Not only focusing on exploiting fashion elements, the fashion house also sends a message about preserving culture, becoming a bridge between the past and present.
Ky Han’s appearance on the stage attracted many people’s attention. Many years ago, the long-legged model from Soc Trang used to be a famous model. After marrying football player Mac Hong Quan, she retired from showbiz and moved to the North to devote herself entirely to taking care of her small family.
After 10 years of absence to focus on raising a small family, Ky Han has officially returned to the catwalk. Player Mac Hong Quan supported his wife when he first appeared on the stage to accompany his partner. “In the past, the couple often received many invitations from designers but could not arrange them. This time, it was probably due to fate. When I received the invitation, I had to convince my husband to agree,” Ky Han shared.
Inspired by a Western wedding, Ky Han wore a pure white wedding ao dai with dragon and phoenix motifs. According to Nguyen Truong Duy, this design is 3 meters long and was handmade in 2 months. The outfit uses Italian tafta material and is hand-embroidered on an organza background, 3D embossed
Ky Han couldn’t hide her happiness when she was paired with her partner on the stage. The beauty further confided: “This summer my husband and I will take our two children to the South to settle. I have also prepared myself to return to showbiz.”
The couple Anh Duc – Anh Pham wore a five-piece ao dai, inspired by the wedding costumes of the ancient Southern people with silk material. The shirt has long and loose sleeves. Accompanying the outfit is a hat with bow straps – an accessory commonly used on wedding days

The main color of the collection is pure white, dotted with pink, yellow, blue, and red – evoking brilliance but still elegance. In particular, accessories such as hats with bow straps, meticulously crafted by elderly artisans, are a testament to the appreciation of traditional values.
