The last Olympic week begins for Spain with semi-finals in football and basketball. The men’s team will face Morocco at 18:00 in the Marseille Stadium for a place in the final. Another semi-final with a chance of a medal will take place in women’s 3×3 basketball, in which the women’s team will face the USA at 17:30. If they emerge victorious, they will play for the gold medal tomorrow at 22:00. If they lose, they will have a chance of aspiring to the bronze at 21:00. In addition, they will participate twice in the round of 16 of beach volleyball: in the men’s category with Herrera and Gaviria; and in the women’s category with Álvarez and Moreno. There will be more chances of a medal in the triathlon event, which begins at 8:00 and in canoeing with Maialen Chourraut. Finally, the women’s field hockey team will face Belgium in the quarter-finals.
