Earlier last month, Okaya EV had announced the launch of electric two-wheeler under the Ferrato brand. Now Okaya EV has revealed the name of its first bike to be sold under its premium brand Ferrato.
Okaya Ferrato Disruptor: When will the new electric bike be launched?
The name of the company’s first product under Okaya EV’s sister brand Ferrato is Disruptor (Ferrato Disruptor Electric Bike). Early next month, on Thursday, May 2, 2024, the curtain will rise on the Ferrato Disruptor. The prices of the new electric bike will be revealed on the same day.
Okaya Ferrato Disruptor: What is the token price?
Okaya EV has officially started pre-bookings for its upcoming electric bike – Okaya Ferrato Disruptor EV. The new electric bike can be booked through the official website of Ferrato. The first 1000 buyers are getting a chance to pre-book the electric bike at a nominal token price of Rs 500. This is for limited time. After this, the booking price will increase to Rs 2,500.
Okaya Ferrato Disruptor: Design and specs
Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Okaya EV has also shared a teaser image of the Ferrato Disruptor which takes the form of a full-faired sports bike. The red color scheme with stunning body graphics further enhances its sporty look. At the front, there is a twin-LED headlamp setup in the apron and an integrated windscreen above. At the rear of the bike, split grab rails and pixelated internals and single piece tail lamp have been given.
Apart from this, Okaya EV has shared some details regarding the specifications of the Ferrari Disruptor. It will have 3.97 kWh capacity LFP battery. The company claims that this electric bike will be capable of giving 129 km range on a single charge. The Disruptor will come with a 6.37kW PMS motor which will be capable of generating peak torque of 228 Nm. The company claims that the Disruptor can be driven at a maximum speed of 95 km per hour. It is being said that in terms of performance, this electric bike can be similar to 125cc-150cc petrol bike.
Okaya claims that the cost of running the Disruptor is less than 25 paise per km. Talking about the features, it includes connectivity features and control panel (intuitive control panel) Will meet.
