Noida: Farmers broke the barricades and marched to Delhi, protesting against these demands.
Farmers in Noida have once again opened a front against the government. Farmers from Noida broke the barricades put up by the police and traveled to Delhi. Please note that the road between Noida and Greater Noida was blocked. Farmers are once again marching to Delhi with their demands. Heavy police force is deployed on the border. Farmers are protesting by climbing on containers. Due to the beginning of the march, traffic jam was seen in the morning at Chilla border. The police have issued an advisory asking people to use the metro as much as possible.

Many farmer organizations including Bharatiya Kisan Parishad (BKP) will protest demanding fair compensation and benefits under the new agricultural laws. BKP’s march started from Noida from 2nd December i.e. today, while other organizations will march towards Delhi on 6th December.
On Sunday, Sukhbir Khalifa said, “We are ready to march towards Delhi. We will start our march from under the Mahamaya flyover in Noida. By afternoon, we will reach there. Will demand their compensation and benefits as per the new laws.
Farmers present on the Punjab-Haryana border will also participate in this demonstration. The main demands of the farmers include MSP guarantee, loan waiver, pension, withdrawal of police cases registered during previous protests and justice to the victims of the 2021 Lakhimpur Kheri violence.
These farmer organizations took charge
Various farmer organizations including Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (KMM) and Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM-non-political) will also join the protest. These groups will start their march towards Delhi on 6 December. Additionally, farmer unions in Kerala, Uttarakhand and Tamil Nadu are planning to take out symbolic marches to their respective assemblies on the same day. Farmers have been camping on the Shambhu border of Punjab-Haryana since February 13. They are protesting against their halted march towards Delhi. Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti (KMSC) general secretary Sarwan Singh Pandher announced that these farmers will join the march on December 6.
