Lots of Nintendo Switch 2 and rumors of all kinds, but the current version of the Japanese console still has a lot to say. It’s not just that a good list of exclusives coming to the hybrid throughout 2024 was announced last Nintendo Direct, but there are still interesting multiplatform ones that will be released during that time. Batman: Arkham TrilogyRocksteady’s trilogy of games focused on the “night lord” is one of them, although it has suffered a delayto just 10 daysof its release to the market.
We were all surprised by the speed and short time between the announcement, which occurred at the end of June of this year, and its launch, originally scheduled for October 13. However, and as has communicated its study this morning, they need more time to polish the launch and offer the best possible experience.
Thus, Batman: Arkham Trilogy is delayed two months and will finally arrive next December 1, 2023. Although Warner Bros. will not close the year without offering us the three adventures of the Batman, far from being bad news, it is at best bittersweet.
Not only does the game avoid the batch of October and November releases, but the Batman: Arkham Knight experience, the most complete in terms of graphical muscle, will arrive more polished at launch. In fact, there are those who aim for 30 FPS and 720p resolution in portable mode, which would offer an experience in line with what we could expect from a graphic marvel like this.
What will come with the Batman: Arkham Trilogy?
Although the Arkham saga includes 5 games (Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Origins, Arkham Knight and Arkham Origins Blackgate), only 3 of them will arrive with this edition. We talk about Rocksteady development trio, leaving out those created by Warner Bros. Games and Armature Games (Arkham Origins and Arkham Origins Blackgate). In the case of those that do arrive in the package, they will do so with all its DLC and expansion packs additional.
