The protagonist of this new adventure, for once, will be the princess who gives her name to the game
Nintendo today announced the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom for Nintendo Switch on September 26th. This new chapter of the famous Zelda series will see the princess herself at the center of the adventure, with a new plot and innovative game mechanics. In Echoes of Wisdom, players will take on the role of Zelda, who must use her wisdom to save the kingdom of Hyrule. Strange dimensional rifts are kidnapping the inhabitants of Hyrule, including a certain well-known swordsman, Link.
To solve the mystery and save the kingdom, Zelda will team up with the mysterious fairy Tri and use the power of the Tri Rod to create “echoes” – imitations of objects found in the surrounding environment. The echoes mechanic will be at the center of the gaming experience. Players will be able to create echoes of blocks of water to reach new heights, transform old beds into bridges, throw stones at enemies and find creative combinations to solve puzzles and defeat opponents. Additionally, you will be able to create monster echoes to fight alongside you, adding an extra layer of strategy to battles.
