In the Nikita murder case in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, the police also arrested the third accused from Nuh on Wednesday night. Out of college in Ballabhgarh, 20-year-old Nikita was shot and murdered by her own classmate.
Faridabad Police Subbe Singh said that after raiding dozens of places, the person who supplied the country-made pistol for the crime, Azru has been arrested from Nuh. The vehicle used in the crime has also been sealed.

Nikita Tomar, a 20-year-old student studying in Agarwal College, Ballabhgarh, was murdered outside the college at around 4 pm on Monday. The main accused Tausif and his partner Rehan allegedly kidnapped Nikita Tomar while going to college after the exam, both of whom tried to force the victim into a car by forcibly engaging her.
When the victim tried to save herself and opposed both the accused, Tausif shot her. The accused named Tausif had studied with the victim in a private school in Faridabad. Tausif was arrested by the police on Monday night, his partner was arrested on Tuesday afternoon.
At the same time, the victim’s family alleges that Tausif was pressurizing Nikita to marry. And in the year 2018 too, the accused kidnapped him.

A relative of Nikita Tomar and MP from Faridabad and Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Krishnapal Gurjar said that, strict action will be taken against the accused, special teams have been formed for investigation, while the accused have been arrested. He said that Haryana and Central Government are fully committed to ensure the safety of women.
At the same time, Javed Ahmed, uncle of accused Tausif and who contested from Haryana on BSP ticket in 2014 and 2019, said that he did not even know that his nephew would do something like this. Nobody knew about his plan. Along with this, he strongly condemned the incident and called it an insult to the law. At the same time, he also denied having information about the kidnapping of Nikita in 2018.
