Bandhan Mutual Fund New Fund Offer:Bandhan Mutual Fund has launched its New Fund Offer (NFO) Bandhan Business Cycle Fund. This scheme has opened for investment on 10 September and one can invest in it till 24 September. Bandhan Business Cycle Fund is an open-ended equity scheme based on the business cycle based investment theme. This scheme will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase on 1 October.

Investment Strategy of the Fund
The investment objective of this scheme is to generate high returns in the long term by investing primarily in equity and equity-related options. 80-100 per cent allocation will be made in equity and equity-related options, 0-20 per cent in equity and equity-related foreign securities, 0-20 per cent in debt securities and money market options and 0-10 per cent in units issued by REITs and InvITs.
The fund aims to focus on the business cycle in the economy through dynamic allocation across sectors and stocks at different phases of the business cycle. The scheme will be benchmarked against NIFTY 500 TRI. The scheme will be managed by Vishal Biraiya, Ritika Behera, Harshal Joshi and Gaurav Satra.

What is the minimum investment
For lump sum, minimum investment of Rs. 1000 is required in Bandhan Business Cycle Fund. After this, you can invest any amount in multiples of Rs. 1. For SIP, the minimum amount is Rs. 100 and after that, any amount can be invested in multiples of Rs. 1. At least 6 installments are required for SIP. Exit load of 0.5% of the applicable NAV will be applicable on redemption/switch out within 30 days from the allotment date. Exit load will be zero on redemption/switch out after 30 days from the allotment date.
