Muslim turned out to incite fire against Hindus in Bangladesh, Quran was kept in the puja pandal

In Bangladesh, after the incident of Quran being kept in a Durga Puja pandal, the country has got burnt. Dozens of temples have been vandalized by a mob of Muslim fundamentalists and 7 people have also been killed. Now the Bangladesh Police has identified the person who kept the Quran in the Durga Puja pandal. This is not a Hindu but a Muslim and his name is being told as Iqbal Hussain. It is believed that Iqbal Hussain kept the copy of Quran in the pandal to disturb the communal harmony and he was successful in it.

According to the Dhaka Tribune newspaper report, Iqbal Hussain is still absconding and Bangladesh Police is looking for him. Police said that Iqbal kept a copy of the Quran in a Durga Puja pandal on October 13. Police have identified Iqbal from a surveillance camera installed outside the Durga Puja pandal. In the video, Iqbal is seen leaving. Kamila district SP Farooq Ahmed said that Iqbal is of stray type and it is not yet known whether he has any links with any political party or not.

Thousands of houses and shops of Hindus were looted

So far 4 cases have been registered and 41 people have been arrested in connection with this violence in Kamila district. Of these, 4 people are associated with Iqbal. The country’s Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that the accused Iqbal is constantly changing his place and is escaping from the police. He said that as soon as Iqbal is arrested, we will expose this violence. So far 450 people have been arrested in connection with the violence that broke out in several districts of Bangladesh.

Not only this, 72 cases of communal violence have been registered. During this violence, houses and shops of thousands of Hindus were looted. Many temples and Durga Puja pandals were badly damaged. Meanwhile, the Religious Freedom Commission of America has expressed deep concern over the incident in Bangladesh. He has appealed to PM Sheikh Hasina to take action against the culprits. Hindus constitute about 10 percent of the total population of Bangladesh.
