Lawyer Seok emphasized that declaring martial law is not unconstitutional. He said that it was the non-cooperation of the parliament controlled by the opposition party that paralyzed the government and caused a state of emergency, which was the basis for declaring martial law. Mr. Seok said that Mr. Yoon is still forming a legal team to respond to investigative agencies as well as the impeachment trial at the Constitutional Court. Previously, investigators considered applying for an arrest warrant because Mr. Yoon intentionally did not appear to provide testimony.
