30 activists detained

Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Ceppar said on Twitter that the Crimean Tatars are being systematically persecuted on the peninsula.

Expressing that the Crimean Tatars were put behind bars for a long time on absurd charges, Ceppar noted that they condemned the illegal decision of the court.

Ceppar also informed that 30 activists, including 2 journalists, were detained for protesting the decision.
